  2. I think you guys #nhif should update your system, we need more than knowing when we lastly contributed, we need to see the nhif statements.. Please do something about that

  3. I saw via SMS service that my last contribution was January 2018.Is that the amount that was paid this week? How do I know if I have gaps in my payments. I do not want to be shocked when I need to use the card.

  4. I paid my NHIF two days ago via Mpesa and i checked my status today and it’s showing that the last time I paid was December 2017.. Am really disappointed, what could be wrong.. And how do I check if i have a penalty if any

  5. Thanks! I was employed by KEMRI/RCTP/FACES Program from August 2008, contributions were remitted until September 2016. I defaulted October, November and December 2016 and January 2017. I resumed February 2017 and defaulted again June 2017 after paying for four months. I was again employed by Ministry of Health, Homabay county under EGPAF services as peer educator. I can see my account ID: 5109410 is paid in the month of November 2017 which is when I got back to work with a different NGO. They haven’t paid for December 2017. Is my card valid to help me now offset hospital bills? I kindly request for a response.

  6. What is important to us as clients is information showing expiry of your payment not when you paid last. i.e.your payment is valid until.,…….,

  7. I keep sending my ID number and I don’t get the statement. When will you ever reply to me? How am I supposed to get the information if every time I send that text I don’t get any reply

  8. hello good morning have bean trying to know my last Nhif contribution through sending my I’d no which is 11442719 which I used to register to 21101 but SMS I get back is invalid Nhif card no pls assist

  11. There’s some penalty for late payment what penalty due for not being treated course ur contributions do nt show at that hospital u chose

  14. Hae, why are many hospitals refusing to take in self employed patients they only take government patients, we go through tough time when government hospitals go on strike. so what can we do sincerely?

  15. I don’t think it’s fair for clients to pay to know their status
    Nhif should enable this feature online for free. We already paid the premiums. Why pay to know status.

  17. It’s very painful that i go the hospital,they refuse to treat because ,their computers could reflect the credited fund for Nov.and am loyal member of nhif.it forced to deep into my pocket to expencively for the service!!!

  18. also,you need to have a way of your customers knowing the number of dependent coz you always keep on going to the office or huduma centre and we could have just check it on line to reduce congestion.Thank you
